通过LC-ICP-MS方法进行铬的价数分析

使用RSpak NN column*1的填料填充在PEEK柱管中,可以用来进行三价铬和六价铬的分析。NN系列的填料是键合了磺基的聚羟基甲基丙烯酸酯。主要是通过尺寸排阻模式进行分离。但由于键合了磺基,所以也有离子排阻的作用。


Sample : 5μg/L each, 25μL
1. Cr(III), Cr(NO33
2. Cr(VI), K2CrO4
Sample was first prepared by using 10mM nitric acid to make a 1 mg/L solution; and then it was diluted with phase to the final concentration of 5μg/L.
